7. Unlike other Competitors who choose to shut down their sales as early as noon, we operate from 8 A.M. until 3 P.M. . (Sometimes later) This increases sales potential. Anything less would not be sufficient for our customers.

8. We heavily promote your sale through a variety of avenues: Our Website, email list, Local Newspaper, Craigslist and noticeable signs on the day of the sale.

9.We are very professional and when the doors open on sale day the home will look like a store and will provide a nice, clean shopping experience for the customer. We bring in our own tables, use tablecloths, put like items together, clean & wash all items that need to be cleaned, clean out drawers, cabinets, closets, boxes & trunks. Everything is priced so customers do not have to ask for prices. All of our staff members wear Above and Beyond t-shirts that have the company name and logo on them so customers know who to ask for help.

10. We go the extra mile to keep your home looking as good as you left it .

We are hired by you so we will be courteous and thoughtful to your needs and possessions. There is no cash upfront for any expenses. You will receive full payment of the sale within 6 working days. In hiring a company make sure you always sign a contract. Ours is very easy to understand.
