With the ability to continue a sale past just an on-site estate liquidation, Ages Ago does not have to just cut prices of your most valuable pieces the last day of the sale.  Under the same agreement, Ages Ago can relocate the higher dollar items to Age Ago’s Shop or continue marketing it on web sites like eBay – over 4100 eBay Transactions!

Need help with Foreclosure Liquidation / Cleanout? Ages Ago has a large labor pool to support Cleanouts, Relocation Sales, or Quick Sales.

These are some of the questions we will ask during our Free Initial Assessment.

How involved do you want to be during the liquidation? Some companies do not allow you to be on premises during pricing or the liquidation. Ages Ago does not have anything to hide. You are welcome to be as much a part of the liquidation as you would like to be.

What are your expectations of the liquidation? With several decades of on-site liquidations experience, Ages Ago is fully capable of providing single day liquidation to several weekends sale for larger on site projects. With over 9 employees on payroll, Ages Ago is fully capable of larger projects.

Would you like Ages Ago to Sell and Market some of your items on the internet? With an on-line presence at www.ages-ago-antiques.com and over 3900 transactions on eBay, Ages Ago is fully capable of selling via the internet. Ages Ago also sells on Amazon, Facebook, Craig’slist… Ages Ago can provide this to you if you desire.

Would you like Ages Ago to sell some of your items at other venues? Estate Sales and / or Business on-site liquidation are sometime not the best way to maximize your return on your investment or inheritance. With strategic relationships with Auction Houses and Storefront locations in Magazine Antiques Shops, Ages Ago is fully capable of maximizing exposure of your items.

Would you like Ages Ago to continue to sell your higher dollar items after the on-site sale? Sometimes the right person that will pay the highest amount for your item might not make it to the sale. Sometimes marketing it via the internet or at a physical storefront might be a better fit.

Would you like to set a reserve price on some of your items? Ages Ago has decades of experience pricing at liquidation price levels, and does market research and comparisons on your items to price your items correctly to sell the item during the sale. But, if a reserve price is desired, Ages Ago would be more than happy to set a reserve price on your item.

Would you desire certain items sales tracked? Ages Ago individually tracks items over $500 and tracks the rest of the sales via a cash register ledger. Ages Ago will happily track sales at any level of detail a client desires. Professionals do not just use cash boxes or aprons to hold your money during a sale.

What charities would you like to support after the sale? If any items are left after the sale, Ages Ago can arrange for a donation in the Estate or Business Name if desired. Note: In some cases donations are tax deductible.

Would you like a clean out to curb? If desired, Ages Ago can removal all remaining items if any to the street curb for trash removal. Ages Ago will also alert pickers to free items on curb via Craig’s List.

Would you like haul away added to the clean out? Some neighborhoods do not allow “clean out to curb” as a means of disposal. This service will haul away remaining items to local trash depository.

Is Professional Sales Appearance important to you? All Ages Ago Employees will be unformed with name tags during the sale. Ages Ago will bring in tables and displays over and above the items at the location to insure a professionally staged and marketed appearance during the sale. Furniture for sale should not be cluttered so that the end customers are allowed to inspect all aspects of the item for sale.

Would you desire a uniformed Security Guard service? Ages Ago has a security guard on call if desired.

Would you like to limit the number of people within the location at any one time? Ages Ago uses a numbering system to limit the number of people within the location for safety reasons. Ages Ago will also walk through the location pointing out locations of traffic flow issues during the sale and potential solutions to possible issues. Safety First!

Would you desire a maid service or detailed cleaning service? Some properties will go right to being on the Sale market. If you would like, Ages Ago to arrange for a detailed cleaning serves. Ages Ago has one on call.

Sales Commissions: Ages Ago asks for no money upfront. Ages Ago Commissions on Sales are based off of three Factors. Quality of Items being sold; Quantity of items being sold; and Quantity of Services desired.

Ages Ago is a fully capable onsite and off-site liquidator. Ages Ago is fully capable of continuing a sale past the last day of an on-site sale if desired.
