What we do: Pick best date to host your sale. Research your items to collect best dollar. Work with you on starting sale prices. All advertising; including newspaper, social media and online websites. Stage your home for optimal sales potential. Handle all negotiations with potential buyers. Our fees: Initial consultations are ALWAYS free. All follow up consults are free with signed contract. Fees start as low as 35% of gross sales. Additional services and fees can be discussed at consult. $150 one-time marketing fee at time of contract signing.

We pay cash proceeds less our commission and fees within 15 business days of the last sale day. Often we can arrange issuing the cash sales earlier if discussed at consultation.
