Loading assistance – Most companies do not supply help carrying items out and loading them into customers vehicles. If a customer cannot load an item they are not going to buy it. We always employ staff that will cheerfully carry out and load items for customers. This can make or break a sale and also protects the interior of your home since we are monitoring the removal of these items. JUST ADDED: DELIVERY SERVICE VIA OUR COMPANY OWNED TRUCKS. Now customers don’t have to find a vehicle to pick their large purchases up with. We will deliver them.

What about left-over items? – Most companies do not offer a service for liquidating unsold items after the sale. We all try hard but there are always some items that remain. We offer a solution to this problem that still produces money for you. After the sale we will inventory, pack, load, and deliver auction worthy items to various auction houses. We know which auctions sell certain items best. This way you don’t have the additional worry of how to liquidate these items. We also may be able to offer you an immediate cash buy-out. We also own a twenty yard dumpster trailer and can dispose of debris and trash items for you.

Charges and fee’s – The price we quote you at your free consultation is exactly what you will pay. We never charge addition ad-on fees later on. We also never ask for upfront deposit money. All our fees are paid out of money generated by the sale of items durring your estate sale. It just makes sense. When you pre-pay for services it can take away the incentive to try hard to sell your items. They have already received their money.
