We understand that no matter what your situation might be, this can be a very difficult task. Leave it to us, we’ll do it all! Most sales only take seven days to prepare, all sales are at no up-front costs to you and we always have your best interest in mind. During our sales, we offer on-site security and surveillance cameras, and after-sale clean-out services.
Estate Sales - Before a sale, we bring in an experienced team to organize, clean, shine and polish every item in the sale. We will create a beautiful, comprehensive display of all items to be sold. If, during our staging process, we find items that appear to be sentimental or potentially valuable that weren’t previously mentioned, we will consult with you and get your permission before the sale to sell those items. All available tables, shelves and storage areas will be utilized and additional tables will be provided for display purposes. For estates with jewelry, guns or other small valuables we use our locking glass cases. We may also use our own display tables, clothing racks and organizers.
Consignments – Don’t worry, just incase you don’t have an entire house full of things you need to liquidate. We are happy accommodate you by selling a few items that you may need to sell for extra cash, down sizing or even a redesign. We almost always sale our consigned items in about 7 days, but for those items that remain for sale in our care longer 90 days, the owner, then may pick-up items and disburse as they see fit. We may ask to sell merchandise on our online store, Ebay, Craigslist or other places.
Auctions – We provide more than just the average typical Auction. Actually, we like to call them “Auction Events” our clients enjoy the bidding process for each lot to be sold. Auctions can be very useful when liquidating a business, farming equipment or even real estate. We sell about 5 to 15 houses by auction each year. So many people are looking toward auction their real estate because the traditional market doesn’t always fit everyone’s schedule.
Clean Outs – After the conclusion of every sale there will be items that didn’t sale. After the estate sale, normally we then, start the preparation of a clean-out. We will go back through all the leftover items and arrange for charities to come pick-up remaining items. Some estate sales will require a large dumpster, in that case we will arrange for dumpster drop-off and pick-up. All services are done for you at no up-front costs, but instead can be deducted from the entire sales gross sales. If requested, we will leave the home in broom clean condition. This is a very affordable service used by most of our clients.
