Here at Integrity Estate Sales we provide for all facets of the sale from initial clean-up, organization, and presentation, to the safety and security of your belongings. We also provide the necessary supplies and equipment required to assure you of a safe, secure, and successful sale.
Upon hiring our company we will COMPLETELY CLEAN, organize, price and stage all of the homes contents. We personally feel that more of the items will sell if they are thoroughly cleaned and organized properly. We are not afraid of sweating or getting dirty. What this basically means is we will wash, dust and polish all items in the home. clothes will be folded and hung up, linens folded and partnered, dishes arranged neatly and grouped together, books organized, jewelery put in display cases and so much more. We will then sweep and vacuum all floors prior to the sale. Your home will be totally organized in a neat and presentable fashion so that you could and will be proud of it. We do not believe in leaving the house a clutter with people digging through boxes, drawers, and closets.
All of your possessions will be priced by our knowledgeable staff and highly regarded appraisal personnel. Thus getting “YOU”, our client, the most value for your belongings.
Please DO NOT throw ANYTHING away! Some of the most valuable items in your home may be disguised as junk. You will be simply amazed at what we can sell. Please let us determine what is to be thrown away.
Integrity Estate Sales will apply for and pay the upfront costs of all permits required by the community you live in. We also place ads for your sale in local and surrounding newspapers, internet sites, and thru our extensive e-mail list again with no upfront fees to you.
Upon completion of your sale we will either leave the unsold items for you to dispose of as you see fit or we will box them up and donated the items to a reputable donation center giving you the donation receipt. We will then sweep, mop and vacuum all floors. This leaving the home clean and you burden free.
